About the Artist

I have been painting with a palette knife since 2007. I was introduced to this method of painting by, Carl Anderson, a photo realist under whom I studied. It was during this period that it was instilled in me that my art needs to be quality and process driven. 

I enjoy the process of painting and in so doing I welcome the tension between the predictable and the unpredictable. It is the applying of the paint, be it oils or watercolor, that I enjoy the most.
